Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Pricing:

  • The total amount can be based on distance or per-hour reservation.

Booking Fee:

  • To cover operational costs, there will be an additional booking fee based on 5% of the total amount. Gratuity is not included or calculated with the 5% booking fee.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup will receive a full refund of the trip fare and booking fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup will not receive a refund meaning that the trip fare and booking fee are non-refundable.

This policy helps us manage our scheduling effectively and maintain the highest quality of service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Zero Tolerance Intoxication Substance Policy

In accordance to the regulation of the city of Dallas Transportation department stated on chapter 47, JC-CRUZE has a zero tolerance for the use of intoxicating substances that applies to all of our drivers and employees.

The following for our drivers and employees are strictly prohibited:

  • Reporting to work under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance
  • Possession or consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs during working hours or on Company premises
  • Operating vehicles while impaired
  • Misuse of prescription or over-the-counter medication that affects alertness or driving ability
  • Refusal to submit to required testing

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate disciplinary action that includes suspension, termination of employment or contract, and/or reporting to regulatory or legal authorities when required.

Regulatory and enforcement activities include criminal history checks for drivers, mandatory state vehicle inspections, verification of insurance coverage, lawfully complaint background checks for employment, and pre-check vehicle inspections.

Non-Discrimination Policy

JC-CRUZE provides transportation services based solely upon driver availability, without regard of the passenger's race, color, national origin, religious belief or affiliation, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal or state law.

General Terms of Service

  • Any trip over 50 miles needs to be booked at the Hourly Rate.
  • There is a minimum of 4 hours for any rides booked at the Hourly Rate.
  • Any stops requested will result in a minimum fee of $25. This may increase based on duration and location of stop.
  • During pickup time/arrivals, there will be a 15 minute grace period. After 15th minute, you will be charged by the quarter hour.
  • There is absolutely no smoking of any kind in any of our vehicles.
  • We have a Zero Tolerance Policy involving the consumption of alcohol under the legal drinking age of 21.
  • We strictly enforce governmental regulations regarding the use of drugs and alcohol.
  • We are not responsible for any injuries incurred as a result of physical altercations between passengers.
  • We are not responsible for any injuries due to intoxication.
  • We are not responsible for any valuables left in any of our vehicles.
  • Our vehicles cannot exceed the maximum capacity of passengers, this violates state law and is strictly against our insurance guidelines.
  • We follow the City of Dallas regulations in accordance to Sec 47A.
